Omar begins new album rollout with two amazing tunes, “Can We Go Out?” & “Brighter The Days” – Aipate
Omar (a.k.a. Omar Lye-Fook) is a Canterbury-raised British multihyphenate: an actor and classically-trained singer and multi-instrumentalist with an undeniably illustrious career.
Omar has started 2025 on a high, serving up a couple of amazing tracks that will culminate in the release of yet another studio album, Brighter The Days.
The first single, “Can We Go Out?”, arrived a month ago, and has since been followed by the title track, “Brighter The Days”.
Focussing on “Can We Go Out?”, I have to say I find it totally spellbinding. Enveloped in intoxicating instrumentation, and carrying the artist’s signature soulful vocals, the song is so smooth, the kind you groove along no matter the occasion.
