Jaydon Lewis, SPINALL and Julia Church present new amapiano record, “All For You” – Aipate
“All For You” is the pop-influenced amapiano record that resulted from the recent collaboration between South African DJ/producer Jaydon Lewis, his Nigerian counterpart SPINALL, and London-based vocalist Julia Church.
While it has all the hallmarks of a global hit, “All For You” is African to the core. It’s another example of the innovative music coming from the continent.
“I wanted to create a summery, upbeat amapiano tune with a pop twist – something that brings South African and Nigerian cultures and vibes together in a way that feels fresh, authentic, and full of energy,” says Jaydon Lewis.
“‘All For You’ is about that feeling where you sense someone may be pulling away from you,” Julia shares. “It’s a declaration of love and the envisionment of what life together could be. Writing this and seeing the song’s evolution has been such a fun process – I especially love how Jaydon and Spinall have managed to echo the nostalgia and aching of the lyrics in the music, I’m so happy to have created this together!“
