Avery Lynch releases another gentle acoustic piece, “Sweetheart” – Aipate

For all the praises I gave Avery Lynch when she released “Lasting Effects“, her latest single still left me speechless. The emerging singer-songwriter named the new song “Sweetheart”, and I’m once again left mesmerized by her delicate indie-pop style.

Gentle guitar plucks accompany Avery as she reflects on the impacts of ‘toxic relationships’. The track is filled with acoustic warmth and a sense of calmness.

“‘Sweetheart’ is a song I wrote about when I met my boyfriend after going through a breakup with my ex and I quickly realized all of the things that were bad in my previous relationship,” she reveals. “I remember being surprised and embarrassingly impressed about being asked follow-up questions, him walking me home, and just genuinely wanting to have me around.“
