Bulgarian Cartrader launches new label with the release of his new single, “Revirginize” – Aipate
Bulgarian Cartrader is a Sofia-born producer and singer-songwriter known for his genre-bending style. Having taken a break following the release of his Soul Is The Price EP, the musician is back with a new single, which is out via his newly minted label, Uncomfortable Chair Records. “Revirginize” is the title of the song.
“I had this weird longing to be forever young, standing around lost and alone in the quiet eye of a stressful party,” Bulgarian Cartrader says, revealing the inspiration behind this song. “Before being born, one already existed as an idea. The end is in everything—if life were to go on forever, it would look completely different. ‘Revirginize’ is a search for crossing boundaries, yet at the same time, the realization that the end is what makes things special and divine.”
His delivery ranges from a cappella and melodious singing to spoken word and rap. The production’s reliance on simple drum beats, bass, gentle guitar plucks and vocals harmonies gives “Revirginize” its smooth lulling feel.
