There is this new R&B/soul project that you should begin paying attention to. Romcom Soundtrack is a UK artist who’s just released his second single, “what time is it?”. It is a sultry retro soul jam, à la Bruno Mars or Anderson .Paak.
Reminiscent of Motown-era classics, the track was recorded live on 8-track tape machine, a pure analog affair. “what time is it?” feels warm and romantic, the kind you listen to on Sundays.
