Thyme Flies and Djaliviah’s “Autumn Days” is a really beautiful anthem: listen – Aipate
A jazz-tinged neo-soul track filled with warm, tender melodies, “Autumn Days” by Thyme Flies (pronounced ‘time flies’) and Djaliviah is totally engrossing.
I hadn’t heard of these artists and so I was naturally intrigued. As I found out, they are newcomers from the Netherlands — Thyme Flies is a producer and Djalivia a singer.
“Autumn Days” is an anthem for autumn, which is Djalivia’s favourite season. It’s so yearnful. And affectingly nostalgic.
“We worked it out together, and had so much fun, for example recording the piano in my parental house,” Thyme shares. “That piano has always given us a cozy and warm feeling of being home again, so we had to record it.”
No amount of words can fully describe how beautiful this song is. I’ll just let you let you listen and feel for yourself.
