Alt-Pop band 37 Houses to release brand new EP Strangers on 7th November 2025 – Jem Girl at the Piano

37 Houses is the sound of raw emotion wrapped in shimmering 90s indie rock. Formed in 2024 by newlyweds Erin Sydney (vocals/bass) and Jeremy Rosenblum (guitar/songwriting), the duo channels the spirit of Sharon Van Etten, The Breeders, and Alvvays—balancing lithe melodies with Erin’s powerhouse vocals that soar and sear. Their EP, Strangers, arrives November 7th via streaming and download.

37 Houses begun in 2024 by newlyweds, singer/bassist Erin Sydney and guitarist/songwriter Jeremy Rosenblum, bringing out emotionally charged and expressive classic 90s style Indie Rock reminiscent of Sharon Van Etten, The Breeders and Alvvays. While the music is lithe and hummable, Erin’s powerhouse singing takes their sound into the stratosphere.
