Olivia Henry makes a return with new song “Who’s that Girl” – Aipate
Olivia Henry‘s classical opera training and love for retro soul have hugely influenced her style. Introduced to me in 2019 when she released her hit single “In My Touch“, the singer got me immediately hooked, thanks to her captivating brand of pop soul.
However, after delivering her 8-track debut album, Expectations, the following year, she took a very long break, only returning a couple of weeks ago with a new song. “Who’s that Girl” embodies the cinematic allure of her signature sound and has that vintage ’60s feel.
“This song is about being idolized, then discarded—loved for who people imagine you are, only to be rejected when you show your full, human self,” says Olivia. “It explores the tension between how we’re seen and who we really are.“
Out via Pink Butter Records, this song marks an impressive comeback for Olivia Henry. You can keep up with the artist by following her on Instagram.
