Akuvi sets dancefloors ablaze with new song, “Burn” – Aipate
Ghanaian-Norwegian singer and rapper Akuvi is setting dancefloors ablaze with her latest single, “Burn”.
The irresistibly infectious song melds hip hop with Afrobeats and dancehall, and features a delivery laced with attitude. It’s a fun and exuberantly defiant anthem that makes you want to dance along while boisterously telling off your ‘haters’ — real or imaginary.
“‘Burn’ is about being done with people pleasing, making adjustments and dimming your own light. It’s about choosing yourself and let the bullshit Burn,” says explains.
