Alexa Kate tries to move on in new song, “Isn’t Over” – Aipate
I’ve watched Alexa Kate slowly polish her craft one song at a time over the last six years, all while rubbing shoulders with top musicians in Nashville and Los Angeles.
Now back to New York where she was born and raised, the singer-songwriter is ready to take on the world of pop. She’s currently working on her second EP that will be released via Groundwork Records.
“Isn’t Over”, which is out now, is the third single lifted from that project. This melody-driven indie pop ballad captures the struggle to move on from someone. It is the kind of song that grows on you with every repeated listen.
