On the jazz-inflected title track, “Into The Heart”, Sarah reflects on life’s ups and downs, upliftingly urging listeners to stop overthinking and instead take action and live fully. Layered with gentle guitars and mild percussion, the song is simply beautiful. So is the whole EP.
