Xander AV releases new sophomore single Stressing Out – Jem Girl at the Piano
After the success of his debut single, Surrey’s Xander AV is returning with his intriguing sophomore single, Stressing Out which will be released on the 11th of April across all streaming platforms.
Taking inspiration from current and historic musical icons, his sound is deeply rooted in the delicacy of Damien Rice and Ben Howard. Infused with moments of anthemic calling akin to Coldplay and Sam Fender, Xander is both familiar yet inspired in his approach to writing and production. With his debut EP on the horizon, the modern-day singer-songwriter created this over years of hard work and persistence.
Stressing Out is the newest addition to our earbuds. With small, addictive beats and luscious vocals, Xander consistently sets the pace for an upward trajectory. With darker tones offered, the artist allows for a pleasant listening experience.
Commenting on the new single, Xander says: ‘‘Stressing Out can mean different things to different people, depending on your perspective when listening. When I wrote the song, I was in a place of wanting to explore the unknown with somebody, to walk into the dark of the deep blue sea with them, and see where it would take us.’
