Two of Canada’s top-tier artists Shawn Desman and Jamie Fine joined forces to create “Body”, a euphoric, dancefloor-ready pop anthem that you’ll want to play on repeat.
This sensual song captures the chemistry between two people, channelling the thrill of losing oneself to the moment. It was released via Wax Records.
“When I found out Jamie was in Toronto, I knew we had to get in the studio together,” Shawn says. “Over two days, we locked in, experimented, and on the second day, ‘Body’ was born.“
On her part, Jamie says: “‘Body’ is exactly how I love a song to come together—fun, natural, and full of good energy. We knew from the jump that this track had something special, and working with Shawn made it even better. This song takes me back to the best parts of nostalgia, and I hope people feel that when they hear it.”
