Listen to Ellis Prescott and 808wrld’s new album called Wake Up – Aipate

What else can I say about this collaborative album between Seattle artists Ellis Prescott (singer & rapper) and 808wrld (producer), except that it’s splendid?

Titled Wake Up, the 11-track album features boundary-pushing production, melding modern hip hop and R&B with electronic elements. The bouncy and irresistibly catchy title track, “Wake Up”, is especially marvellous; it is a hyped-up anthem that I just can’t help playing on repeat.
